Where we ship

We ship throughout New Zealand and internationally. All orders are packed carefully by hand in our Arrowtown studio.

NZ domestic shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Rural delivery may take a little longer. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via tracked courier and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your country. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

Packaging

Every bird is packed with care to survive the journey. If something goes wrong in transit, get in touch straight away.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
